All DTSC staff have successfully completed Good Agriculture and Collection Practices (G.A.C.P.) training. GACP is a HACCP-based program developed by the Canadian Herb, Spice and Natural Health Products Coalition (CHSNC), and is recognized by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.
